We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager with a passion for fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting creative solutions, managing client relationships, and maintaining high service standards in line with our company's mission.
Responsibilities:
Customer Preferences and Solutions:
Listen attentively to customer preferences and concerns.
Craft creative yet relevant solutions aligned with company standards and mission.
Ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
Effective Communication:
Foster effective communication with client management and interdepartmental teams.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain long-term, loyal client relationships.
Aim for a 100% client retention rate through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee irrigation technician for properties, including submitting proposals and addressing client concerns.
Conduct site evaluations and meet with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Quality Standards:
Supervise crews to maintain quality standards in landscape management services.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations and company standards.
Proactive Solutions:
Present landscape enhancement proposals to existing clients to proactively address issues and enhance overall landscape appearance.
Always proactively assist the company in resolving client issues, problems, or concerns.
Efficient Operations:
Process work orders efficiently to ensure timely completion of client projects.
Optimize workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Financial Performance:
Achieve a client gross profit margin of 50% through effective cost management and value-added services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client relations management, preferably in the landscape management or related industry. (Required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Technical knowledge of landscape management practices and irrigation systems preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Familiarity with Central Texas Plant varieties
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus
Ability to pass Background Check
